What is included in the entrance fee?
The use of a tablet computer with headphones. We provide an individual tablet computer to every visitor (over 4 years old).

What languages are available?
The museum guide (both in written and audio format) is in 10 languages. The available languages are Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. Information in Flemish sign language is provided as well.

Who is admitted with the family ticket?
The family ticket is valid for 2 adults and up to 3 children aged 5 to 12. Admission is free for children under 5.

What if I arrive at the museum just before 5 pm?
This is no problem at all. You can buy tickets until 5 pm. Then you can visit the museum until 6 pm. If you don’t have time for a beer tasting or don’t feel like doing one afterwards, you can always come back another day. Your ticket remains valid!

Can I also have a drink other than beer?
Yes, soft drinks are available. In addition, you can also opt for alcohol-free or gluten-free beer.

Can I also come and have a drink without visiting the museum?
Yes you can. The bar and shop are freely accessible, even if you do not visit the museum.

To avoid long waiting times at the ticket office, we advise you to inform us beforehand.

Is a storage area available at the museum?
Yes, free lockers are available.

Is The Beer Experience wheelchair accessible?
The Beer Experience is located on the first, second and third floor of a protected monument. Unfortunately, the building does not have a lift.
